ALT Architecture was approached to assist in development of an entirely new country club community in Beavercreek, OH, to represent the hardscape for a new 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.
The Firm worked with a wide team of designers and engineers from the US and Japan to accomplish the original development in 1990. The Firm was then re-engaged to perform a major alteration and expansion of the entire clubhouse in 2011.
As a part of the development and operation of the country club community ALT Architecture has also designed the service center and course convenience stations and represented the interests of the ownership on the architectural review board for the residential development.
