Jim Alt

Jim Alt is Managing Partner at ALT Architecture Inc.  His 38 year practice has included a major focus in early childhood education, worship, industrial, classified, fitness, and restaurant projects.

A unique feature of the ALT practice has been the pleasure of working with many private entrepreneurs, true American hero’s, in the broad national business world who place their own financial well being at risk to create wealth, to create jobs.

Jim’s reasoned and creative approach to each project has fostered a reputation for fairness, efficiency and accuracy within the regulatory community regionally and nationally. Jim holds ICC certifications as a Building Official and Master Plans Examiner. He also possesses certifications as a licensed Architect in approximately 16 states with full national NCARB status, and has taught at the university level.

As the Architect of Record Jim has managed residential and commercial projects approaching a billion dollars in capital value.
