This remarkable Spanish themed master planned community stipulated a unique planning theme. Exterior massing and finishes needed to adhere to a unified exterior esthetic referencing an historic Spanish city. Materials were required to be actual, not simulated. Hence stone, wrought-iron and tile are original, or “real”. After all approvals we preserved the original Primrose program.
