The City of Dublin Riverside zoning district stipulated a special set of standards for this school. Also the site came with several unusual easements for public utilities. Very detailed massing, detailing and finish standards resulted in a completely one-of-a-kind two story quite contemporary school. Also included was the construction and dedication of a new street – Abbey Lane.
